    Smart cities & urban AI

    The centre of our work: AI-enabled Integrated Command & Control platforms and the physical ecosystems that feed them — camera networks, smart poles, sensors, connectivity — delivered as one accountable programme.

    Our particular conviction is the hub-and-spoke corridor: one command hub serving a cluster of municipalities, sharing platform, security and operations costs across towns that could never justify them alone. It is the architecture that finally brings urban intelligence to the India beyond the metros, and it rewards exactly what we are built for — disciplined multi-district execution and long-term operations.

    AI video analytics & ANPR

    Computer vision in production: number-plate recognition, violation detection, vehicle classification, congestion analytics, crowd density and forensic search — integrated with enforcement and command systems where the outputs become actions.

    Our emphasis is the part demos skip: performance across mixed camera estates — retrofitted alongside new, varied brands and vintages, real weather and real light — sustained by monitoring and retraining rather than launch-day accuracy claims.

    Public safety technology

    Integrated surveillance, street-level SOS emergency systems with live audio-video to command centres, and the control-room technology behind rapid response — designed so that the moment a citizen presses a button, the system already knows where they are and what the camera above them sees.

    Safety systems earn trust through availability. Our operations discipline — the least glamorous part of the stack — is what makes the most important part dependable.

  4. IN DEVELOPMENT

    Cybersecurity for critical infrastructure

    As cities connect water networks, traffic systems, streetlights and surveillance to central platforms, the attack surface moves from the data centre to the street cabinet. Securing that converged OT/IT layer — segmentation for legacy devices, field access discipline, edge-aware monitoring — is a practice India's infrastructure will need at scale.

    We are building this capability deliberately, from the angle we know best: the physical layer, where a security architecture either survives contact with a maintenance technician's laptop or doesn't.

  5. IN DEVELOPMENT

    Municipal revenue intelligence

    AI-driven assessment analytics, leakage detection and collection intelligence — the technology making urban governance self-funding, where platform investments are repaid from the revenue the platform recovers.

    We think this is the most consequential idea in Indian urban technology today, and we are developing our role in it with open eyes: the AI finds the revenue; institutions collect it — and systems only deliver either if they are deployed honestly and operated relentlessly.

    Governance software platforms

    Purpose-built software shaped by deployment reality: field operations management, asset intelligence registries, SLA and uptime analytics — the tools we wish existed for the work we do, built as products.

    Every deployment teaches us where the software gap is. Our product roadmap is, quite literally, written on the street.
